Chef Laurie Boucher presents a fun, hands-on Southern Italian pasta-making workshop.
Chef Laurie demonstrates how to make a traditional southern-style eggless dough by hand and then guides you in shaping pre-prepared dough into beautiful southern-style pasta using simple tools — no machines or fancy equipment needed. Make and take home enough pasta to serve two adults, along with cooking and storage instructions. Program designed for caregivers and those they support for fun, information and community. This program is made possible by a grant from the Baltimore County Department of Aging’s Caregiver Support Program.
