Join us for a lively presentation as Maryland journalist, TV news anchor and filmmaker Kai Jackson shares the story of Baltimore Marine Jeffrey Wilbur James.
Jeffrey was among 241 service members killed in the 1983 bombing of the Marine barracks in Beirut, Lebanon. Of the 241, 220 of those service members were Marines. To date, it’s the greatest loss of life the Marines have suffered in a single day since Iwo Jima during World War II. Following the presentation, there is a Q&A session.
