Chef Laurie demonstrates how to make a traditional southern-style eggless dough by hand and then guides you in shaping pre-prepared dough into beautiful southern-style pasta using simple tools — no machines or fancy equipment needed. Make and take home enough pasta to serve two adults, along with cooking and storage instructions.
