Get to know the skeletal system, including the number and location of bones in the human body, while connecting it to the movements of yoga. Learn basic yoga exercises and breathing techniques. This program can be modified for those wanting to use a chair. Participants are encouraged to bring water as well as a yoga mat or towel. Wearing comfortable clothing is recommended. Limited space; first come, first served.
