Perry Hall Meeting RoomOrthopedic surgeon Dr. Gurminder "Monty" Ahuja offers practical advice on maintaining joint health.
This program includes meditation, movement and other activities designed to engage both the mind and body. Presented in conjunction with the National Aging in Place Council.
Dr. Ahuja is dedicated to helping individuals regain mobility, prevent injuries and improve overall quality of life. With nearly three decades of experience, Dr. Ahuja has established himself as a trusted expert in managing arthritis and sports-related injuries. He completed his orthopedic surgery training at the University of Illinois in Chicago and pursued a fellowship in sports medicine at Kentucky Sports Medicine in Lexington, Kentucky. Dr. Ahuja also holds a personal training certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, allowing him to integrate medical expertise with practical fitness guidance for patients of all ages.
