In honor of National Poetry Month, work with community members to create an abstract visual depiction of a Langston Hughes poem. This program is designed to cultivate success for all artistic levels.
This program is a great fit for anyone who has an interest in poetry or community art. Learn the basics of Styrofoam printmaking and how words can be represented with patterns. A copy of the prints will be displayed in the branch as an art installation for National Poetry Month.
