Hereford Meeting Room Side A

Designed for those who enjoy reading and writing poetry, participants share and critically discuss each other's works in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

Participants should bring eight copies of one original poem to share and review with the group. No experience necessary. If possible, please email your poem in advance to fallon@umbc.edu. Please also review program guidelines. Michael Fallon is the senior lecturer emeritus in English at University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). Mel Edden is the host of the monthly Poetry Open Mic nights at Manor Mill in Monkton. Participants are welcome to share their poetry at Open Mic on the first Mondays of the month at 6:30 p.m., Manor Mill, 2029 Monkton Road.
